Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel mid-billing-cycle from the Stripe-powered customer portal at /app/billing and you'll keep access until the period ends. We don't pro-rate refunds.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Not for Pro or Team — start the 7-day trial with email only. If you don't add payment before the trial ends, the subscription auto-cancels (no surprise charges).
How is Omentoo different from ChatGPT plus a prompt?
Structured output. Omentoo's schema requires mention counts, severity, real quotes, and prioritized recommendations. ChatGPT will give you prose. Omentoo gives you a roadmap document you can re-read in 90 seconds.
What do I lose if I downgrade?
